diy lollies + {ippity} by unity = the PERFECT PARTY decorations!

oh how i love a GOOD PARTY!
don't YOU!?!?!
lots of LAUGHTER. WONDERFUL conversations... &
of course just being surrounded with people you ADORE...
THAT
is exactly what i think of when
every thursday rolls around...
HIP HOP THURSDAY
with the unity & {ippity} by unity design teams!

every thursday we enjoy the day with...
an INSPIRING BLOG HOP
{with both unity & ippity dt}
CHALLENGEs
& of course PRIZES!!!
please join us...
we LOVE having the opportunity to chat with YOU!!!

SO let's KEEP this PARTY rolling....
{if you started here...please head back to the unity blog to start at the beginning of the hop...i wouldn't want you to miss any unity goodness in action!}
HOW adorable are these?!?!?
i discovered a very inspiring tutorial on the house of 3 blog on how to
make these "LOLLIES" as they call them...

here's my version of them up close...
so not only did i discover all the WONDERFUL possibilities that these adorable lollies could be used for...but i also discovered a NEW {but very old} crafting tool that i cannot believe i have been living without...
i "officially" am a HOT GLUE GUN FANatic!!!
seriously...WHERE have I been?
this thing is AMAZING!!!

these things can be made using all sorts of different papers, stamps, etc.
and for SO MANY different occasions...on the tutorial, they mention that for the spark event that they used NEWSPAPER to create extremely LARGE lollies..
now THAT would be a FUN PARTY decoration, if i do say so, myself.
i had SO MUCH FUN incorporating my {ippity} stamps into these...
the polka dot background stamp adds the PERFECT touch for the background of each of my scalloped circles.

i also used the star and random line stamp from authentic man...
and
the {ippity} ink's in...
waterlily green &
raw sienna

get your {ippity} here ----> {ippity} CHICKS

alright chicks...KEEP on HOPPING...
is your next stop....

Hi Eryn,

These are fun! Love the colors and how they brighten up the picture! Would be fun things to put in your garden as well, when you are having a garden party on a sunny day! No sun with me in the Netherlands today unfortunately, so I'm happy to see this sunny post of you on this hop! ;-) Thanks!

Hugs,
Wendy
