my project this week is inspired by our {ippity} dt member Karen...

she hosted this week's monday hippity hop and

CHALLENGED

everyone to incorporate PAINT

into your {ippity} project this week!!!

how FUN is that!

my card uses...

{ippity} stamps from dots for sure & so this is love

 theres my PAINT.

i painted my star chipboard in a deep rich pink color...

then sanded it & added some tim holtz distress ink for a more distressed look...

then stamped the polka dots on top for a little more dimension & interest!

 i have the next TWO days off from work to spend time

with my niece & nephews...

AND

hopefully will fit in some time for CRAFTIN' as well! 

i am SUPER EXCITED..

so hopefully i'll see ya back here tomorrow with a NEW project...

or maybe even some NEW CHARMS!!
